Job Overview

We are recruiting a Supplier Relationship Specialist to strengthen our Quality department at EM Microelectronic-Marin SA.

This role involves developing and implementing supplier quality management strategies, ensuring effective deployment of customer requirements, and collaborating closely with operations and purchasing teams.

  • Collaborate with Quality Management, Operations, and Business Units to define and implement supplier quality management strategies.
  • Ensure suppliers meet EM's quality standards by evaluating and assessing their quality agreements, process changes, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Quality teams to review and validate suppliers' PPAP and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop recommendations to enhance supplier performance.
