Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Semiconductor Testing & Application Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

* Develop comprehensive test specifications for verifying and qualifying power semiconductor components.
* Plan, execute, and analyze verification and qualification tests, ensuring product adherence to the highest standards.
* Create detailed test reports documenting test procedures, results, and insightful conclusions.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and application requirements.
* Conduct specialized measurements based on customer requests, fostering strong relationships.
* Occasionally provide technical sales support, guiding customers on product usage and troubleshooting effectively.
* Conduct re-qualifications to maintain ongoing product quality and reliability.
* Partner with production teams to resolve any product-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
* Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing and application.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and executing effective test plans.
* Have extensive experience in conducting rigorous verification and qualification tests.
* Possess excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
* Be fluent in German is a strong advantage.
* Demonstrate excellent social skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* Show initiative and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
