We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant at the prestigious Grace La Margna St Moritz hotel in St. Moritz. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new and exciting project, shaping the future of hospitality in one of the most renowned alpine resorts in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the hotel spa and swimming pool areas
  • Provide exceptional customer care and ensure outstanding service to our guests
  • Be a role model and inspire your team members to deliver exceptional results
  • Create memorable and lasting experiences for our guests
  • Ensure the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe for guests to enjoy
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests
  • Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash
  • Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety
  • Be proactive and outgoing, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities
  • Provide personalized services to our guests
  • Ensure timely resolutions of guests' challenges independently
  • Take responsibility in any part of the operational process
  • Have fun and broaden your horizon
