We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Development Expert to join our Development department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on building the best Private Banking IT platform on the market, supported by a talent-rich organization capable of adapting to rapid technological changes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software development, excellent command of Java/Spring Boot backend development, and good knowledge of relational databases. We also expect fluency in French and English, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

As a member of our Finance team, you will be involved in the development/architecture of new components and the ongoing maintenance of existing applications. You will contribute to the promotion and sharing of software development best practices across the team.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop JAVA containerized microservices with Springboot/Quarkus and use messaging and event streaming services such as Kafka.
  • Maintain existing applications and participate in their migration to Spring Boot.
  • Use CI/CD and APM tools to monitor and improve application performance.
  • Participate in testing and production phases of developed solutions.
  • Ensure that code, tests, and documentation comply with quality and automation standards.

You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure that the solution is properly integrated into the platform.
