About the Role- Fully accountable for global HR operations related administration across 6 jurisdictions.
- Coordinates HR operational interfaces (Payroll providers, Pension Funds, Insurances, Tax authorities).
- Maintains & manages HR data / provides HR reports.
- Contributes to HR projects / manages sub-projects.
- Deputizes Line Manager during absences.
- Federal diploma as HR Specialist (Personalfachfrau/-mann) or higher education in Business Administration in combination with relevant experience.
- Sound experience in an HR Support / Analyst / Advisor role gained in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Track record in HR related projects (ie. Digitalization of Processes, Intranet, HR Framework).
- Proficient IT user.
- Fluency in German & English.
- Personality: highly client- and service-oriented, commercial approach, self-starter, pragmatic, can do-mentality, solution-oriented, strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, detail- and team-oriented work style, highly reliable, discreet and trustworthy.
