We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team as Associate Enrollment Investment Funds. The ideal candidate will have expertise in regulatory affairs and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
About the Role:- Responsible for the registration of investment funds and representative of foreign investment funds in Switzerland
- Analyze and evaluate distribution processes and regulatory issues of investment funds in the cross-border area
- Ensure compliance with licenses for Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Ireland, etc.
- Update country-specific compliance lists and fund documentation
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and investors for regulatory questions regarding onboarding of fund manager, KYC/AML, tax compliance, due diligence of funds, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Paralegal
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of fund contracts and compliance (KYC/AML, Cross Border, UCITS, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT systems
- Fluency in German and English
