Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Assistant to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for daily production and execution of recipes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Production Manager to execute daily tasks and improve processes
  • Prepare food for catering, events, and other occasions
  • Support in menu and concept development for our pop-up
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results and meet customer expectations
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and minimize material waste
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
  • Participate in continuous on-site training to improve individual and team performance
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum kitchen experience, preferably in a production kitchen environment
  • Kitchen studies or similar
  • A young and dynamic mindset, willing to learn and work in a collaborative team
  • English language proficiency
  • Swiss or EU passport and a valid working permit
