We are coni + partner AG, a leading consultancy company in the field of custom-fit staffing. We are currently working with the HQ of a pharmaceutical company in Basle to find a qualified senior IT auditor (m, f, d) for a SAP Auditor Pharma position.

About the Role

The main tasks of the SAP Auditor Pharma position include:

  1. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of IT internal audit work.
  2. Leadership: Leading complex IT audits and supporting colleagues.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Establishing compliance regarding major enterprise IT technologies and platforms in accordance with the group methodology standards as well as its strategies and directives.
  4. Audit Planning and Execution: Ensuring audit coverage and high quality with the planning, execution, delivery, and reviews of IT audits with focus on operating systems, DB platforms, web application architecture, and reading and controlling scripts and codes.
  5. Internal Control System Assessment: Ensuring the assessment of the effectiveness of the group's internal control system.
  6. Governance Support: Supporting the senior management to identify control deficiencies and fulfill their governance responsibilities.
  7. Regular Controls: Performing regular controls on the status of implementation of IT audit recommendations.
  8. Support to Senior Management: Supporting the Head of Internal Audit in various IT audit-related tasks, e.g., concise IT audit reporting, compliance with group policies and guidelines, the design of IT audit plans, or maintenance of IT audit universe ensuring the effectiveness of IT operations.
  9. Risk Mitigation Training: Contributing to the determination of optimal audit techniques and approaches for key risks.
  10. Professional Judgment: Contributing to building knowledge and applying professional judgment in planning audits, determining the appropriate audit scope, and risk assessment.
  11. Stakeholder Training: Conducting risk mitigation training and workshops for key stakeholders.
  12. Team Collaboration: Maintaining regular contact with the IT organization and its leadership team and ensuring a collaborative team culture.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Auditor Pharma to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Master's Degree: Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Informatics.
  2. CISA Certification: CISA certification or in the final stage of training.
  3. Audit Knowledge: Competent knowledge of audit standards.
  4. Big4 Experience: Auditor with one of the Big4 or audit expertise gained from a global company.
  5. IT Technical Knowledge: Broad IT technical business knowledge (SDLC methodology, operating systems, DB platforms, web application architecture).
  6. Scripting Knowledge: Working knowledge of scripting languages and the ability to read and review codes.
  7. Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
  8. Global Experience: Experience as a global acting auditor working with global teams.
  9. Leadership Skills: Developed leadership skills.
  10. International Mindset: International mindset.
  11. Language Skills: Fluency in English, German a plus.
