About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an International Fluorspar Trader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships with customers and suppliers in the fluorspar industry, identifying commercial potential, and developing proposals.

  • Manage existing relationships with customers and suppliers in the fluorspar industry
  • Identify commercial potential and develop proposals (profit and loss responsibility)
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and customers
  • Draft and issue contracts
  • Collaborate with Middle-Office / Logistics department to ensure smooth contract execution
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building a successful trading business and leveraging existing opportunities
  • Managing existing relationships with customers and suppliers in the fluorspar industry
  • Identifying commercial potential and developing proposals
  • Negotiating contract terms with suppliers and customers
  • Drafting and issuing contracts
  • Collaborating with Middle-Office / Logistics department
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in a fluorspar trading role
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • A creative mindset and tenacious hunter mentality
  • Goal-oriented and dedicated personality
  • The ability to identify opportunities and transform them into results
  • High networked thinking skills
  • Excellent written and oral English skills, with any additional languages an advantage
  • Good technical understanding of metal production processes or the ability to quickly grasp them
  • Very good IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Service-oriented and proactive
