Abacus System Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Abacus expert to manage and enhance our core functions like finance, HR, and project management.
The ideal candidate will hold ownership of our Abacus ERP system, directly influencing its optimal performance to meet the needs of our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Abacus System Management: Act as the key technical lead for the Abacus ERP, taking hands-on responsibility for integration, operation, troubleshooting, and future development.
- Project Leadership: Develop and implement mid- to long-term roadmaps for ERP enhancements and oversee associated project costs.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system, including managing data connectivity, interfaces, and system updates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with technical and business stakeholders, translating organizational needs into effective ERP solutions.
- User Support & Problem solving: Provide hands-on, expert-level support to Abacus users, troubleshooting complex technical and functional issues.
Requirements include:
- Professional Experience: Proven experience specifically in managing and maintaining Abacus ERP systems, with strong hands-on expertise in Abacus functions, particularly in finance modules.
- Education: Master's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with complementary experience in the other domain.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of ERP systems, data connectivity, and the development of interfaces.
- Collaboration: Skilled in cross-functional team collaboration and adept at communicating technical solutions to business users.
