Main Responsibilities:

• Validate and execute eBanking Service enrolment, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.

• Provide expert support to Private Banking clients regarding eBanking issues, including access, communication, and technical assistance.

• Manage eBanking access for Private Banking and Independent Asset Manager clients, ensuring secure and efficient access to their accounts.

• Develop and implement paperless correspondence solutions, reducing paperwork and increasing efficiency.

• Coordinate Client Data Service (ECDS) requests for standard clients and Independent Asset Manager clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Replace and add Hard Tokens, ensuring secure access to client accounts.

• Assist clients with password replacement and eBanking credential recovery, ensuring minimal disruption to their services.

• Activate user accounts in Switzerland for clients with existing eBanking access, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Troubleshoot eBanking access issues by consulting various IT systems, including Globus, User Management, Entrust, and NCM.

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as IT, eBanking Support, IAM Support, Globus Team, and NCF Team, to resolve complex issues.

• Perform other Central Filing tasks as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in e-Banking administration, with a strong understanding of eBanking systems and processes.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on financial systems and operations.

• Fluency in English is a must, with French being a plus, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to analyze data, create reports, and present findings.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.

• Flexibility, autonomy, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

• Availability to work on public holidays, with a willingness to support internal projects and initiatives.
