Supply Chain Graduate Program

At UCB, we are seeking a talented graduate to join our supply chain team. The graduate program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning and development journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
The 18-month program consists of two missions of nine months each, where you will work on real-world projects and collaborate with diverse teams. You will have the opportunity to discover two different teams within the supply chain department: procurement and planning. In the procurement team, you will be responsible for ordering consumable materials, managing suppliers, and implementing improvement projects. In the planning team, you will focus on scheduling production lines, ensuring timely delivery, and consolidating key performance indicators.
Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, project management, and communication. You will also have access to unique formal trainings and workshops that will enhance your skills and knowledge. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's operations and contribute to the success of our products.
We are looking for a proactive learner who is passionate about data and life science technologies. You should be results-driven, solution-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication and project management skills. You must possess a good understanding of computerized tools, procurement, and planning. Additionally, you should have effective communication and project management skills, as well as excellent French and English language proficiency.
