Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that data security, regulations, and enterprise standards are upheld through effective governance frameworks.
  • Promote strategic growth by defining and implementing a roadmap for Python deployment and scaling.
  • Develop the skills of non-technical users by providing training and support, ultimately fostering self-sufficiency.
  • Ongoing monitoring of platform performance is crucial to optimize resource allocation for scalability and efficiency.
  • Inspire innovation through best practices, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive change management efforts to promote Python adoption and stakeholder alignment.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and develop metrics to measure platform effectiveness.

Required Profile:

  • A Master's degree in Software Engineering with at least 4 years of professional experience.
  • Extensive expertise in Python architecture, development (Pandas proficiency), and governance.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Windows administration and SQL query optimization.
  • Leadership experience in software engineering, CI/CD processes, and business-critical application support.
  • Strong skills in Excel, VBA, and familiarity with Java, AWS, Bash scripting, and full-stack development.
  • Demonstrated ability to train Citizen Developers and lead organizational change initiatives.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • English fluency is required; French and/or German are a plus; experience in C#.NET and FinTech is appreciated.

About the Role
