Quality Assurance Engineer for High Bay Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to spearhead CQV activities for our High Bay GMP Warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity to drive commissioning, qualification, and validation of complex systems in both cold and ambient temperature environments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless execution of CQV activities in accordance with internal guidelines, C&Q Plans, and supporting Validation Plans.
- Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the High Bay warehouse scope, encompassing cold and ambient temperature systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute CQV activities for key equipment, including semi-automated and fully automated visual inspection machines.
- Develop and lead commissioning activities for allocated areas or systems.
- Promote effective coordination between CSV and global IT teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Leverage your expertise to design and execute C&Q testing activities, supported by vendors and contractors.
- Play a pivotal role in developing validation plans related to the scope of execution.
- Support updates to the Master C&Q Plan and other supporting plans throughout the project lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A strong background in CQV activities, particularly within GMP environments.
- Expertise in cold and ambient temperature systems.
- Proven experience in commissioning and qualification of complex equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Earn up to €80,000 per annum plus additional benefits.
