About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at CASCINATION AG. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced applications using C++ and QML.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Applications: Create and maintain high-quality software applications using C++ and QML, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Code Quality and Performance: Ensure code quality and application performance by identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and implementing optimization techniques.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation to support project continuity and future maintenance.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the industry, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical or automotive.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming, extensive experience in developing user interfaces using QML, and knowledge of the Qt framework and Qt Quick.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a highly analytical and independent personality.
