Global Privacy Program Manager

Job Responsibilities
The Privacy Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the global privacy program across all regions. This role will involve cross-functional coordination, inter/intra team communications, and full support to Regional Privacy Officers to deliver outstanding end-to-end privacy program deployment and drive engagement across the organization.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to drive a team to manage and meet goals and deadlines. They will also have 2+ years of prior experience helping to manage a privacy program or in a role heavily focused on privacy.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to analyze and manage complex issues with accuracy and minimal supervision. They will have working knowledge of One Trust privacy compliance software and excellent judgment, organizational, time management, observation, and interpersonal skills.
The Privacy Compliance Officer will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the One Trust platform and be the Primary Point of Contact for external consultants who execute the One Trust software that implements key elements of the Privacy Program.
They will ensure appropriate sponsorship and work closely with partners in the business to deliver the Privacy Program in a matrix environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing all typical project documentation - detailed project plans, work plans, schedules, project estimates, conversion schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
The Privacy Compliance Officer will support key functions of the Privacy Program, including privacy assessments, data protection impact assessments, policy updates, training, data subject request processing, and incident response. They will perform other responsibilities as assigned/identified.
Requirements
This role requires:
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to drive a team to manage and meet goals and deadlines
• 2+ years of prior experience helping to manage a privacy program or in a role heavily focused on privacy

• The ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English. Other language skills are a plus
• CIPM or other certifications in project management, data privacy, and information security, such as PMP, IAPP, CISSP, and CISA
