They seek an experienced Senior Legal Counsel (Job-ID 67331) to oversee and drive all aspects of legal and regulatory affairs within the organization.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's legal and regulatory interests while fostering a culture of compliance and ethical behavior. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert legal counsel and guidance to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Designing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the various entities of the group.

- Demonstrated excellence in negotiation and contract drafting.
- The ability to convey complex legal matters to non-legal colleagues.
- Proven capability to thrive in an autonomous role, being ambitious and self-driven.
- Ongoing participation in relevant training programs.
- Excellent English language skills and good German proficiency.
