About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatry Specialist to join our team at Zentrale Ausgleichsstelle ZAS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the disability grade of individuals and providing expert medical opinions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze insured files in the context of disability insurance claims and assess the functionality of insured individuals.
• Prepare statements for disability insurance offices or courts regarding the functional limitations and work capacity of insured individuals.
• Support our team members in medical matters.

Requirements

• Diploma as a Psychiatry Specialist (FMH or equivalent title)
• Several years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in one of the official languages and passive knowledge of German. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
• Strong analytical skills, synthetic thinking, and openness
