Key Business Development Role for Wearable Technology Solutions

Greenteg AG is a leading developer of high-tech thermal sensing solutions for international customers.
We market industrial sensors for laser power metering and building insulation assessment, as well as a unique core body temperature measurement solution (CALERA) for wearable devices. This technology empowers customers with innovative applications such as sports performance improvement, continuous patient monitoring, sleep analysis, or early disease detection.
The company develops, manufactures, and markets all solutions at our headquarters in Zürich-Rümlang. As part of our business development team, you will play a key role in increasing sales and process improvements of our CALERAresearch solution.
ResponsibilitiesYou will further promote greenteg's core body temperature sensing solutions in the wearables and MedTech market by applying your strong entrepreneurial drive and interest in technology. Your tasks include:
- Identifying and generating research leads to take over our research pipeline and market our calera-research monitor
- Finding new applications that benefit greatly from continuous core body temperature signals
- Supporting customers with product and project application-related questions and applying our technology to enhance their research
- Managing, analyzing, and optimizing greenteg's customer pipeline
- Supporting global marketing activities based on greenteg's existing experience and new market insights
To be successful in this role, you must have a student background and be looking for an internship in an entrepreneurial atmosphere for at least 6 months. You should be available to start ASAP. If possible, you are also interested in continuing working part-time at greenteg after your internship (min. 1 day per week) or even full-time if you are close to graduating. You are motivated to work for a Swiss scale-up, able to learn fast and independently, and possess good communication skills (in English and preferably in German as well, other languages are an asset). A valid Swiss working permit is required.
Your CV shows a proven track record in:
- A background in business with a strong medical or technical track record or in medical science/engineering with a strong motivation to work on/upskill in business
- An affinity to technology: you need to explain our solution to customers, and you need to understand their technical problems
- Good analytical skills for improving/maintaining a customer database / pipeline, insights into other programs like CRM/inbound marketing SAAS programs are an advantage (especially Hubspot)
- Good communication and sales skills
- A willingness to take over responsibility and work independently

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
