Orthodontic Solutions Growth Manager

To drive growth and expansion in the EMEA region, we are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager Europe - ClearCorrect Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our ClearCorrect business, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ClearCorrect in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with the EMEA orthodontic team to drive sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in medical device commercialization, sales, and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
