This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our IT teams to manage the ServiceNow intake queue, reconcile data between LeanIX and ServiceNow / CMDB, and solicit asset inventory and related information updates.
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving asset inventory data inconsistencies and supporting asset inventory audit activities related to data compliance and governance process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ServiceNow intake queue to ensure requests are accurate and complete.
- Perform data reconciliation between LeanIX and ServiceNow / CMDB.
- Solicit asset inventory and related information updates from IT Owners and squads.
- Investigate and resolve asset inventory data inconsistencies.
- Support asset inventory audit activities related to data compliance and governance process.
