Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at HOLY FASHION GROUP. As a key member of our internal sales function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a sales area.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central contact person for our customers, actively selling our goods on the phone and ensuring timely delivery.
- Accompany the entire administrative sales process from order entry to monitoring incoming payments or open items.
- Handle all customer inquiries and participate in important customer meetings with the sales field service.
- Prepare customer and sales analyses, monitoring corresponding delivery dates.
- Closely cooperate with sales managers and the merchandising team.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in textile or apparel management.
- Initial work experience in internal sales and/or sales.
- Good user and IT skills (MS-Office, SAP R/3).
- English spoken and written, and ideally another foreign language.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Intrinsic motivation to actively make a difference in our business activities.
- Quick perception and structured way of working.
- Positive mindset and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
