Banking IT Project Manager:

We are seeking a seasoned Banking IT Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic projects within the banking sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones and KPIs.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  5. Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular project status updates and reports.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  2. 6-8 years in IT and 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  6. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
