Data Platform Leader

We seek a seasoned Data Platform Leader to drive the development of our data infrastructure.
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the design, development, and operation of scalable data platform solutions that support our growing data needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data professionals in designing and building large-scale data platforms and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to understand data requirements and ensure data accessibility and quality.
- Design and implement data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive information.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of distributed systems, data processing frameworks, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Engineer.
- Proficiency in Python and experience leading teams.
- DevOps skills, including experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data focused area, or a related field.
