About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the disposition and organization of goods dispatch as well as storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Price calculation and preparation of offers
- Advising and supporting our customers at home and abroad
- Processing quality reports in the area of shipping & transport
- Preparation of shipping documents (national and international)
- Our trainers will accompany you from the beginning of your apprenticeship and prepare you step by step for your field of work after you have completed your apprenticeship
- The apprenticeship takes 3 years with the possibility to shorten the duration of apprenticeship
Requirements
- Good intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss or comparable school leaving certificate)
- Good grades in German and English
- Analytical thinking and careful work
- Ability to work in a team, punctuality, flexibility and good communication skills
- Enjoy planning and supervising tasks
