The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or power electronics and significant experience in product line management.

Job Description: High Voltage Management Expert

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to drive the development of our high-voltage products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the technical capabilities of our R&D teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales Organization, Product Marketing Manager, and Business Development Manager to drive business unit growth.
  • Manage project teams to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead a team of approx. 40 FTE with several direct reports.
Requirements:
  1. Master degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or equivalent.
  2. At least 10 years' experience as Product Line Manager for high voltage/electronics products in an international industrial B2B environment.
  3. Successful track record and proven working experience in product line management and driving R&D teams across the organization.
  4. Technical knowledge and working experience in at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, robotics, and equipment industry.
  5. Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
  6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  7. Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
  8. Client-oriented business and development approach.
  9. Proven ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve problems.
  10. Experienced to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  11. Proficiency in MS-Office programs, 3D-tools knowledge desirable.
  12. English: Written and oral proficiency.
  13. French and/or German desirable.
