We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant 360° to join our team at Experis Schweiz. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement to client relationship management and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, craft compelling resumes, and provide guidance to candidates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and pitch our services to large global companies.
  • Business Development: Engage in client networking activities, manage onboarding, negotiate client agreements, and ensure operational readiness for delivering top-notch services.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in recruitment, either in an agency environment or from an in-house role.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; German and/or French B1/B2.
