We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Quality Assurance team. As a key stakeholder in CAPEX discussions, you will oversee QA compliance during engineering, maintenance, and digital activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of effective CQV processes in a fast-paced environment
- Management of a team of three with strong cGMP and CSV knowledge
- Fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement through quality culture
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field
- 5-10 years in CQV activities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
- 2-5 years of QA experience with strong cGMP and CSV knowledge
- Over 2 years of people management experience
- Fluent in English and French
