As a software development professional, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that implements complex software solutions for clients. Your tasks will include grasping the technical big picture of solutions, acquiring industry-specific knowledge, and contributing to daily routines such as:

  • Cooperating in analysis and development of solution variants
  • Assessing viability of solutions
  • Implementing complex technical requirements using modern technologies like Java, Spring, Angular, React, Type Script, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Swift, SQL, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Open Shift, and Kubernetes
  • Developing and maintaining software components in demanding business-critical environments
  • Integrating software solutions according to agile deployment principles and merging them with existing systems
  • Understanding higher context in software development and applying gained knowledge at the interface between clients and development teams

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in computer science (Bachelor's or Master's level)
  • Practical experience with Java/Java EE and other modern technologies from the Java environment
  • A keen interest in software development, modern technologies, and technical aspects of software projects
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Determination and perception to convince ideas both individually and as part of a team
  • Very good German and English language skills
