UCB is seeking a talented Graduate to join our Supply Chain team in Bulle, Switzerland. As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional knowledge and skills in a dynamic and international environment.

Program Overview

The 18-month Graduate Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain processes, Procurement, and Planning. You will work closely with diverse teams, including Allergy, Neurology, and Immunology Product Streams, and be part of our Graduate Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement of consumable materials for production plants and the analysis laboratory.
  • Ensure follow-up of suppliers and orders, and consolidate back-up solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work on improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain Planning key indicators.
  • Collaborate with schedulers to understand production line scheduling and ensure follow-up of productions.
  • Participate in unique formal trainings and immerse yourself in international, dynamic, and passionate teams.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of computerized tools, procurement, and planning.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
  • Excellent French and English (both orally and in writing).
