The Opportunity
As a Consult Partner, you will have a unique opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams, guide them through complex consulting engagements, and create strategic change agendas for our largest accounts across the C-suite. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Profitable Growth by driving significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
- Client Engagement by building and maintaining deep relationships with client CXOs and delivering high-quality client work.
- Operational Excellence by achieving individual and team utilization targets and leading the design of complex engagements.
- Leadership, Management, People by leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development.
- Strategic Contribution by utilizing industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company's strategic initiatives.
What We Look For
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You should have a proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams and a deep understanding of industry trends and technology.
