We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our commercial finance function and drive strategic business outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to support commercial objectives.
- Lead financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide expert guidance on financial matters to the CFO and other senior leaders.
- Manage a team of financial professionals to deliver high-quality results and drive process improvements.
About You:
A seasoned finance leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance. Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 15 years of FP&A experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Bachelor's Degree required, post-graduate degree (MBA) preferred. Familiarity with applicable software and system applications.
