This role involves:

- Developing SOPs for the EMEA sales organization to align with Bio-Rad's standards.
- Providing expert guidance to sales and customer service teams on commercial offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validating commercial agreements to ensure compliance with Bio-Rad's guidelines and regulations.
- Maintaining the EMEA database with end-customer contracts, including budget reconciliation and information exchange for the sales team.
- Reviewing new commercial agreements in CE and EE regions on a monthly basis.
- Documenting results in the audit portal according to SOX regulations.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree or equivalent in management, sales, finance, or business administration, with a focus on data management and analysis.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales (back office), preferably with marketing and/or business development expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to persuade and synthesize complex information.
- Rigorous and organized, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fluency in German and English, with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and SFDC.
