We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Radiometer, a leading company in the diagnostics industry. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain for our production entities, ensuring timely delivery of products, raw materials, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic purchasing strategy to secure critical supplies and key components.
- Drive projects to find replacements for obsolete components or new suppliers, and escalate potential risks in case of shortage or obsolescence.
- Be responsible for KANBAN development and maintenance, and serve as deputy export specialist.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration with a focus on procurement, purchasing, and materials management.
- Multiple years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and materials management in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
- A versatile and responsible role in an interesting and internationally active environment.
