- Minimum of 3 years of technical writing experience with strong communication skills.

- A pragmatic approach to writing with a focus on iterative improvement processes in a team-based environment.
- Autonomous and able to make informed decisions with limited information.
- Ability to support context-switching and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with agile practices and principles.
