We're seeking a qualified and motivated Coordinator Service Scheduler to join our Swiss entity in Zurich.

Job Objectives:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organizational mapping of projects (maintenance orders on aircraft) in the system, supporting the Technical Service Manager and Customer Service Managers in administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule maintenance events for customer aircraft and components in cooperation with the sales department, CAMO, and aircraft owners.
  2. Prepare materials for planned projects, ensuring all parts ordered are on site when the aircraft arrives.
  3. Support Customer Service Managers to issue down payment requests and inform Finance for follow-up.
  4. Follow up on ground time changes and deferred items.
  5. Manage project preparation progress against planned criteria.
  6. Declare and deregister aircraft, engines, propellers, and APU's at customs on the foreseen document, and import/export engines, propellers, and APU's.
  7. Ensure feedback of required information to the sales team (quotations).
  8. Comply with customer, authority, and Textron Aviation regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years' administrative experience in similar fields.
  2. Technical aviation background.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Self-motivated team player.
  5. European citizen or with permission to work in Switzerland.
  6. Fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus.
