Seeking a highly motivated Bioanalytical Principal Investigator to lead and manage GxP studies and method validations in LC-MS/MS bioanalytics. This role requires strong scientific expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and managing GxP studies and method validations in LC-MS/MS bioanalytics
  • Serving as the primary study contact for our clients
  • Writing reports for bioanalytical GxP studies and method validations
  • Bioanalytical data management

You will be responsible for ensuring that all analytical data generated are fully documented and recorded, and that the study plan is followed. Additionally, you will provide training to assigned personnel, review and assess data generated, and issue and approve analytical reports.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A successfully completed study in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related subject; a PhD is an advantage
  • Experience in bioanalytics or a related field of quantitative bioanalysis using LC-MS/MS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and good skills in German
  • Very good user IT skills (MS Office, Oracle databases)
  • A high degree of self-motivation, commitment, reliability, and flexibility to provide superior service to our clients
  • Experience in a regulated environment (GxP / ISO) is desirable
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, modern infrastructure, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
