We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Strategist to lead the design and implementation of effective Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a unified approach to master data across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute MDM strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data ownership and accountability frameworks.
  • Promote alignment on data quality, sharing, and governance practices across domains.
  • Monitor and adapt policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and evolving business priorities.
  • Define key performance indicators to measure MDM initiative success.

Your Expertise – Our Strengths

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications in MDM are a plus.
  • Several years of experience in MDM, data governance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with domain-oriented data management approaches is beneficial.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
