Job Description

Richemont is seeking a highly motivated Finance Solution Architect to support the design and architecture of Finance solutions globally within the group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial solutions and architectures, with a strong understanding of SAP Financial solutions and integration to other SAP modules and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, review, challenge, and validate the implementation and integration of the technical architecture in the Finance Management & Planning product area based on business strategy and business requirements.
  • Manage and develop the architecture for the products and deliver the architectural design for products, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution.
  • Ensure that architecture principles and defined Enterprise Architecture guardrails, best practices about scalability, reliability, and security in the developed solutions are adhered.
  • Understand global IT strategy and business needs to define high-level architectures.
  • Develop integration processes and interface requirements.
  • Ensure third-party products fit in the organization ecosystem.
  • Analyze complex issues and propose solutions to solve them within the Finance Management & Planning product.
  • Warrant compliance and security of the Finance product and solutions delivered and maintain a roadmap for required changes.
  • Align with the Product Owner(s) to adequately prioritize technical features required for future functional features as well as current and future technical platform stability, security, and compliance.
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience in projects/products management, including multinational and innovative environment, in the operational finance or consulting area.
  • B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance processes, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Technical and/or Functional Experience and/or deep understanding of SAP Financial solutions (FI, CO) and integration to other SAP modules and products, like MM, SD, PP, CS, BW, Retail.
  • Process Integration technologies (API, interfaces).
  • Financial Consolidation solutions.
  • Financial Planning solutions, like Anaplan.
  • Treasury tools, like FIS Integrity.
  • Travel Expense solutions, like SAP Concur.
  • S/4 implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering business value.
  • Negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
