Job Title: Project Coordinator - Installation Management Specialist

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between customers and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage installation logistics, including transportation, customs declarations, and equipment coordination for on-site efficiency.
  • Oversee all phases of installation, briefing teams on project specifications and managing unforeseen circumstances.
  • Track project budgets to prevent overspending and document each phase of the project.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Your Profile:

  • Qualifications: A CFC or equivalent with a background in construction or technical industry.
  • Experience: Expertise in project management and proven track record using targets and success metrics.
  • Communicative & Organised: Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage various project components.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Skilled in anticipating challenges and adjusting plans to meet goals.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in French and good knowledge of English; additional languages welcome.
  • Office Tools: Excellent MS Office skills and experience with other project management IT-Tools.
