About the Role

  • As an Optical Specialist, you will work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs, taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear with flawless accuracy.
  • Our ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states) who is passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
  • You will be responsible for checking that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards, as well as customer requirements and requests.
  • As a professional communicator, you will be able to break down technical terms for customers to easily understand, ensuring a positive experience for all.
