Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the production and delivery processes, ensuring efficient logistics and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan production and delivery processes
• Ensure efficient logistics and timely delivery
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
• Optimize workflows and continuously improve processes
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling

Requirements:

• Completed education in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, or business administration)
• Several years of experience in logistics, preferably in the natural stone or construction industry
• Excellent organizational skills and technical understanding
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in logistics and planning tools
• Team player with a structured approach
• Familiarity with EDV systems and tools
