Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP PP/MM/QM Team Lead, der unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung von SAP SCM-Lösungen unterstützt.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Führung eines globalen Teams, das sich aus multifunktionalen, global verteilten und virtuellen Gruppen zusammensetzt.
  • Unterstützung des Global Head of SAP bei der Roadmap-Planung und Bereitstellung der SAP SCM-Lösung in den Bereichen PP, MM und QM.
  • Betrieb des S/4 HANA Systems im Bereich SAP SCM (PP/MM/QM) parallel im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Innovationen.
  • Kooperation mit Kollegen aus den Fachabteilungen zur Ermittlung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Schaffung eines messbaren Geschäftswerts.
Anforderungen
  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertige Erfahrung.
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Management- und Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter und Erfahrung als Projektleiter in globalen Einführungs- und Geschäftsprozessinnovationsprojekten.
  • 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer fertigungsnahen Umgebung mit S/4 HANA (oder R/3) in den Modulen PP, MM und QM oder verwandten Modulen.
  • Funktionale Expertise in End-to-End-Supply-Chain-Prozessen und Integration in andere Prozessbereiche.
  • Tiefes funktionsübergreifendes Verständnis der Variantenkonfiguration und -klassifizierung, Integration mit anderen Systemen.
  • Technisches SAP-Fachwissen und ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der SAP-Umgebung, -Module, -Architektur und -Strategie.
  • Starke und authentische Führungspersönlichkeit, die ein multidisziplinäres globales und virtuelles Team bei der Definition und Gestaltung komplexer Prozesse und Verfahren leiten kann.
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche und organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern.
  • Kreatives und innovatives Denken, um die Verantwortung für die Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen zu übernehmen, sie zu verantworten und zum Erfolg zu führen.
