Achieving Excellence in Airport Customer Success

Xovis AG is seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our Airport Success Team, ensuring our customers achieve the desired results from our people flow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of international airports and build strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate the value that Xovis adds
  • Create deep selling opportunities with assigned customers and increase coverage
  • Administrate contracts, update project cockpits, and ensure invoicing of project services
  • Maintenance contract management: negotiate and invoice maintenance contracts
  • Create and follow up on business opportunities in assigned regions and develop new customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, information systems, airline/airport management, or a related field
  • Multiple years of international work experience in technology-related fields or commercial functions, with prior aviation experience a plus
  • Experience in business development and/or client relationship management
  • Proven track record in leading times and meeting sales targets
  • Experience with closing complex international commercial negotiations
  • Good command of written and spoken English; every additional language, especially French, is a plus
