Your RoleAs a member of our Core Banking Application Support team, you will provide functional expertise, analysis, and day-to-day support for accounting, financial, and regulatory reporting applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, resolving, and troubleshooting user queries and monitoring rejected transactions
- Actively contributing to ticket resolution and following up with development and production teams
- Training internal and partner users on new accounting schemes and features of finance applications
- Contributing to quality controls during application releases
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a university degree in finance, business, or information technology. Your background in support functions or as a business analyst, auditor in the banking/financial sector is essential. You should possess good MS Office skills, specifically Excel, and a solid understanding of the general IT landscape. Knowledge of SAP BI & R3 is an advantage. You will be expected to have sound communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work under pressure. A proactive and independent mindset, with a problem-solving approach, is also essential.
