Als Supply Chain Manager bei Humanis AG sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und Steuerung der gesamten Lieferkette von der Beschaffung bis zur Auslieferung an die Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben
  1. Entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit dem Team einen umfassenden Strategieplan für die Lieferkette, der auf den Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Koordinieren Sie die Auswahl und Bewertung von Lieferanten, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen stets höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
  3. Analysieren und optimieren Sie kontinuierlich die internen Abläufe und Organisationsstrukturen, um die Effizienz zu steigern und Kosten zu reduzieren.
  4. Arbeiten Sie eng zusammen mit den Bereichen Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb, um eine optimale Abstimmung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette zu gewährleisten.
Ihr Profil
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Beschaffung, Produktionsplanung, Logistik und Distribution.
  • Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
