Capital Markets Role Overview
Partners Group seeks a Capital Markets Professional to play a key role in their Capital Markets Team. In this position, you will be responsible for all debt financing-related aspects of Partners Group's Private Equity, Private Infrastructure, and Private Real Estate investments globally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Structuring and negotiating debt financings for new buyouts/investments, add-on acquisitions, and refinancings of portfolio companies/assets across Partners Group's Private Equity and Private Infrastructure businesses. Serving as an important markets and capital structure advisor to investment and management teams. Maintaining and expanding relationships with banks, institutional investors, legal counsel, and other market participants. Proactively generating value-enhancing financing ideas for existing investments. Structuring and negotiating financing-related hedging. Originating investment opportunities from your network.Requirements and Expectations
For this unique opportunity, we need a self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication, and execution skills who can work well in a global organization.
Successful candidates should have the following profile:
6-10 years of leveraged finance/capital markets and/or infrastructure/project finance experience at a leading financial institution or currently in a Capital Markets role at an asset manager. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt financings in lead-left capacity (underwritten and best efforts), including loans and bonds. Excellent understanding of capital markets and debt products, including detailed understanding of execution processes (constituents, legal, and marketing documents, etc.). Strong understanding and negotiating experience of loan and bond documentation. Team worker with self-drive and a strong desire to contribute and make a difference.-
