Data Scientist with a Focus on Large Language Models

At web3-resources, we are dedicated to innovating with large language models (LLMs). We are seeking a skilled Researcher to contribute to the advancement of LLMs in natural language processing and code generation. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experts, and explore new research directions.
Responsibilities:- LML Research: Conduct research on LLMs, focusing on their applications in natural language processing and code generation.
- Dataset Design: Design and prepare high-quality training datasets for LLMs, addressing various tasks such as instruction following, question answering, and code generation.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and optimize the integration of curated content into fine-tuning pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Knowledge Worker Instructions: Create detailed instructions for knowledge workers to generate LLM training data, including code, text, prompts, and dialogues, as well as validate synthetic data processes.
- LMM Performance Evaluation: Systematically evaluate LLM performance and benchmark, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- RAG Engine Refining: Refine retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engines, applying expertise in machine learning and software engineering.
- Multi-Agent Architecture: Develop multi-agent architectures and prompt engineering, exploring new trends and research directions in LLMs under guidance.
- Code Implementation: Implement LLM components and integrations in high-quality code, following best practices and documentation standards.
