Chief Information Security Leader

RULEMATCH is a digital assets trading and clearing venue with world-class partners to meet the specific needs of regulated financial institutions.
We are seeking a technically oriented Chief Information Security Officer to build and lead a holistic IT security function with an equal focus on confidentiality, integrity, and availability of RULEMATCH data and IT systems.
As a key member of our team, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's IT security framework including cybersecurity.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in information security, preferably in a leadership role, and proven experience in implementing IT security frameworks and certifications in highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and oversee the company's IT security framework including cybersecurity
- Ensure that security considerations are integrated into every phase of the system development life cycle, striving for the principle of SecDevOps
- Continuously evaluate and manage the company's IT risk posture
- Manage business continuity and disaster recovery preparation
- 7-10 years of experience in information security, some of which preferably in a leadership role
- Proven experience in implementing IT security frameworks and certifications, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Strong technical acumen in IT infrastructure and networking as well as in cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, and security protocols
