We are looking for a skilled Wine Connoisseur to join our fine dining & bar concept in Saarbrücken.

• We plan to open an exceptional fine dining & bar concept serving up to 40 guests in the restaurant and 20 guests at the bar.
• We will operate on a 4-day week with regular working hours, including 3 lunch services and 4 evening services from Wednesday to Saturday.

• You will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and quality standards.
• You will advise guests on beverage issues, selecting and presenting wine accompaniments for our menus.
• You will ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
• You will maintain quality standards and hygiene guidelines.
• You will contribute to peak-hour service, actively participating in team efforts.
• You will plan and implement internal events, as well as participate in external events.

• A completed sommelier training program is essential.
